You agree that you will:

• Not upload or transmit software viruses, harmful code, or malicious content.

• Not engage in framing, mirroring, or overlaying the Service's appearance or functionality.
• Not interfere with or place unreasonable load on the Service (e.g., DDoS attacks, spam).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, software, and source code — are owned by CLM Engine or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 6. Content & Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit. We may remove or restrict access to content that violates this Agreement or applicable law. We reserve the right to take action against serious or repeated violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
